Player houses can not be built here since it is a mine.

Mining:

Mine Tin Ore: No Lvl Requirement. 1–2 Tin Ore and bonus Tin Card drops.
Mine Copper Ore: Requires Lvl 3 Mining. 1–2 Copper Ore and bonus Copper Card drops
Stone Quarry: Requires Lvl 8 Mining.
Iron Mine: Requires Lvl 10 Mining.
