Not so long ago in a distant land, a group of adventurers be exploring the smoldering remains of a cavern beneath a volcano long inactive. Screams echoed through the night and by dawn, all hell broke loose. The mountain spurred to life ironically bringing but death. Eruptions of ash and molten rock from the depths of the earth arose and showered the innocent burning the flesh, churning their bones and by whispered words, so dark… will be the con of man, behind a brisk breeze their souls were torn asunder…
Acid rained night and day, molten boulders fell all around ripping the land. Amidst all the chaos, a creature was seen. Some say the devil was now walking the earth once more, some say an experiment went wrong, others… can’t speak anymore…
Roaming the land immediate to its newfound sanctuary, the beast visited all the villages one by one offering inhumane bargains allowing the greedy to save there souls. Unfortunately, none were ready for it and were instantly obliterated.
But all evil will listen to a bargain of a shaken soul. Only one compound of adventurers was spared of the wrath in Lake Trand... The Slan Sabhailte offered something in exchange for the hellish deamon’s “cooperation”.
None knows what this may be…
