Quainium Coins can be got by donating money to Movoda. They can also be traded with other players. The coins can be used at Ponat to increase your “donation level”, which gives access to certain
game features.

This is part of the automated donation stuff, I have sent out explanations to people who donated while I was away asking them to test but here's the basic explanation for everyone.
When you donate you will get back a message with a locker ID/combo to pickup the coins. You can then split them up however and visit the donation center to actually get them added to your donation level. The exchange rate is 10 coins to the dollar to allow for expansion and the possibility of sub-dollar stuff in the future but the donation center will only accept them in groups of 10.
