Hi,
Some places talk about sharing the fruits of the labor, but here they show it. To get ready for mining day we a contest to bring in the supplies needed for seafood platters. When mining day rolled around these platters were distributed to everyone. All the guild members who participated received between 200 and 300 platters from the guild. Over 5,500 platters were given out to the guild members at no extra charge, and with no strings attached. This is not counting the private stocks of platters we had made during the past month. I started the day with 650 platters and there were people who had even more. And at the end of the day I had almost 45,000 mining exp, and I still have a lot of platters.
This holiday was a success for everyone who participated, from
lightk who gained 10 levels, to our Leader who coordinated this massive project,
sunsetatdawn who gained over 65,000 mining experience it was a tremendous success with everyone having the opportunity of going up one or two levels.
Our guild earned 459975 mining experience on this one day. It was a lot of hard work over the previous month, but it paid off well.
15 of the 19 people who participated earned over 10,000 experience.
8 people earned over 25,000 experience and
3 people earned over 40,000 experience.
