For historical reasons of standardization and convenience, the following burn rate bonuses are used (from equipment only):
* Level 24 and under: burn rate 0
* Level 25 – 44: burn rate -1, e.g. by equipping a
Chefs Hat
* Level 45 and over: burn rate -2, e.g., by equipping an
Ash Circlet, or a chefs hat and -1 from the Hestias set with 3 or 4 pieces.
We've assumed people would usually prefer a MP regen item to the
MixingBowl.
