I'm relatively new and don't have a way with words so here's my last try.

Guild Wars
I think guild wars can be improved. I'm not worried about catapults though, there are more important issues. The cause of the complaints here are problems that do not occur until after everyone is dead.

Current problems
No one wants to lose their compound stash cruel to say organise better so get some walls and fighters to defend it instead?
No one wants to lose their combat gear for such a low reward this risk?

New Problems
– No risk for attackers (contrarily, the reward still isn't worth the time).
To solve this you need create low risk rewards for attackers.

Guild Wars: Capture The Flag Edition (the name is a joke :P)
Let's call this week Harvesting week (there shall still be the separate proposed annual holidays). Every Friday shall be Guild Wars day, when the event ends guilds shall receive a harvesting prize relative to their guild combat rank.

Summary of Problems
– Pre Battle System is 90+% dependant on allies
– Peaceful guilds shall get picked on.
Change it such that you can only attack guilds one combat rank below you. And when you win an attack you go up one rank.

Post Battle



Guild day
Every Friday, ends at random time.

Battle System Comments
Defenders should have the overall advantage, but a better combat guild should be able to profit from their attacks on them.
