Recently, Kovo 89 was muted in chat for cursing. Now, he knows that what he said was wrong and deserved a mute, but what the end result was is just absurd.

Really, only one of these words was vulgar. One is a term that sounds the same as 'newb' but is spelled differently. Another rhymes with 'bit.'
In the message detailing the reasoning for the mute, it listed two previous warnings and two previous mutes. Unfortunately, he only has one recorded. It, however, is a joke.

He messaged the mod several times and asked what could have flagged the Modinator to see it as something bad. Unfortunately, they ignored his messages.
Kovo 89 has messaged the mods again concerning the length of this mute, also. Sadly, once again, he has been shamelessly ignored.
Kovo 89 does not request his mute be taken away, he understand he was at fault. However, he requests that the mods answer his questions concerning his BS warning and reduce the mute time from nearly a years active time!
Speak out against this tyranny! Don't give in to the mods! Let your voice be heard on this matter!.

First off, what you say has little to do with the length of time you mute lasts for. The time is determined by your previous mute history, i believe its one month + the length of your last mute before its cleared. So the time isnt “tyranny” and what everelse you wana call it.
The mods ignore him for good reason, he cursed, end of story.
HOWEVER, i do not know Kovos mute history, but if he has had one bad on in the past 30k – 50k its just how the system works.
Lastly, i hate to speak out against Kovo, i really do like ya Kovy ;)
To see the message the mute report sent to Kovo 89, simply message him asking for a copy.
