Crafting Hut – A facility that allows you to use the Crafting skill to make items, from levels 1 to 20.
Citizenship Building – A facility that allows you to request or renounce Faldorian citizenship. Only available if you are not currently on another citizenship quest.
Player Docks – Allows you to access your own personal boats for travel across water. Requires Character level 10.
Player Houses – Allows you to construct houses for storage, and buy/sell existing houses.
Wharf – Allows you to rent boats for travel across water. Requires Character level 10.

An Expedition – Requires completion of both Deliveries and The Royal Bass, Faldorian citizenship, level 3 Mining and level 3 Smithing.
Deliveries – Requires level 3 Crafting and Lending a Hand
Gambler's Luck – Requires level 8 Construction, Character level 6 and 1140 stones of available carrying capacity.
