Muting.


So you wanna know why you were muted, and what happens on NI when you're muted, huh?


Alright-

There are a lot of different combinations that can get you muted, most of which we can't post here.

No help, right?

Wrong.

These things NOT to do after getting a mute-

Going on OI. you'll just lengthen the time you have to wait

Going on a rant. if you get unmuted and say something bad while ranting, well.. nice knowing you.

These things to do-

Log out/log in
buy something on forums/sell something have something sold
Change servers.
Wait for midnight reset

These things get your mute timer started quicker, and if it doesn't start well you're stuck waiting until it starts and you can't chat even if you have been muted and it doesn't start.. so you're better off it starting.
