What Is This About?
The idea behind this is that the majority of quests are all low leveled, and if someone tried hard enough completing every quest is fairly easy, so basically these are quests designed for Elite players in there skills, the top bunch of players in each skill, a quest to really reward them for getting there.
For most skills the level requirement will be about 35, however it will be a fair bit higher for combatants, for obvious reasons. If someone disagrees here is my reasoning, For the mining quest you will need level 35 to start, that will leave 36 people with the option to do this quest, at the moment, however, if I put the requirement for the combat quest to 35, 174 people would be able to do it, so I am putting the requirement for it at level 55, and even at that 55 people can do the quest which is more than the other skill quests will have.

Specialist Mining Quest

Pre-Requisites
Level 35 Mining
Need to have Equipped:
Mining Ring
Dwarven Pickaxe
Torch
Erfdarian, Odtoni, Or Faldorian.
Have an Opal or Topaz in your possesion.
You will also need to get 25 Tuna Casseroles and 25 Seafood Platters later on in the Quest.

Different for each nationality
If you are Erfdarian-
Starts in Uzlea
If you are Odtoni-
Starts in Naton
If you are Faldorian-
Starts in Garando Mines

This is just a general outline of the quest.
A man outside the mines asks you to do him a favour, you say ok..
(you will have to mine everything underneath)
First he asks for 250 Copper and Tin, go back, give it to him..
Then he asks for 350 Iron, go back, give it too him..
Then 500 Coal, go back, give it too him..
Then 300 Bauxite, go back give it too him..
He says thanks loads etc. etc.
Here you will have to have an opal/topaz in your possesion
He says wow thats really rare, then he asks for it as a good luck charm just for a couple mines, then he also asks for 25 seafood platters and 25 Tuna Casseroles to help him try and get one of his own..
When you bring them back he asks if you can get him 500 Mythral Ore whilst he mines himself.
When you have finished and talk too him he says how amazing it has worked, and gives you back your
Opal / Topaz? and the other gem along with it after saying how amazing it worked.. (so you get one of each back)
Then he says how the magic charm is working so well for him and hands it back to you...
But he has done whatever too it, and hands you an
Opal / Topaz? Mining Charm (whichever gem you gave him in the first place) Which needs level 40 mining to wear and gives +5 Gem Finding and -2 Mining Time.
He also says how he got that good of luck he sold some of the mass abundance of gems he got to another miner for 1,000 Mythral Ores, and along with his own and yours he now has 2,500 Mythral Ores!
You got 10,000 Mining Experience
You got one Opal(Topaz) Mining Charm
You got 750 Mythral Ore
You got 1 Topaz(Opal)
