The High Council was made to help me make decisions abuot the guild.
Of course everyone will have a say in what happens but members of the
high council will have a more “personal” working relationship with me and
will be able to do more than most normal members which is why everyone
should be ultimately aiming to reach this rank within the guild.
Members of the High Council will be able to do the same as the Co
-Leader and the Leader and the if more than one person has the same skill
over level 40 the person with the highest level will be on the council. The
level requirements may change but just now i dont see them changing any
time soon. So if the Co-Leader(s) or I am offline and you need something,
those are the people to talk to
