Lady Carlotta is described by those who know her as “a stuffy old aristocrat.” She is tall and pale with long auburn hair often worn in braids; though lately there have been more and more strands of gray. She comes from 'old money' and firmly believes that she is better than everyone else. She lives in a tree-shrouded manor on the outskirts of Hevalus Jungle; her husband was quite the hunter before his unfortunate passing many years ago.

Carlotta has an affinity for cats and dozens of them can be seen crawling around her estate.
