Leather boots, leather cloak, messenger cap and a ring of speed help travel times and you can get as you go.

Travel to Rissdra (Droesar > Moskim > Lake Essdar > Rissdra)

Chop wood, until you are close to full capacity.

Travel 1 town to your right to Galawi.

Saw your logs into lumber at the sawmill.

Once you get some lumber start a house in a location you like. You will need 100 vessi for a zoning fee to get started.

Repeat the process until your house is built. Now you can store items and not carry them around.

At this point you need to work on your all around skills.
