This item is made of three different parts: envelope, basket and burner. Those 3 items will be crafted separately, and then will be used to craft the hot air balloon in addition of some ropes.

Envelopes often have a crown ring at their very top. This is a hoop of smooth metal, usually aluminum. – that’s what the aluminum bars are for.

Explenation of the Modifiers:
With the 35 speed level requirement using this item will enable 15 seconds timers everywhere. The purpose of this item as i see it is fast movements between places AND NOT a method to train speed. Thats why you get only half speed exp while equiping it, and also the mana regen with this item is only 1 mana per 5 minutes. It reduces the weight one can carry for obvious reasons. Since the movement with hot air balloons is influenced by wind, there is a chance to arrive in a wrong destination.
