Guild Overview

Valhalla is recruiting reliable and mature players. If you're looking for a peaceful, yet active and well-organised guild where the good mood lasts and tensions never intrude, Valhalla may just be the place you'd be glad to call home. Specific skill requirements are dependent on our current recruitment policy, except for character level 10, which is necessary for everyone to reach the compound in Odude, the very northwest of the Odtoni (Dwarven) lands. You are expected to conduct yourself in a polite manner and encouraged to discuss anything you deem important with the leadership. We gather players of all skills in our little family and work together to build Valhalla into a strong and productive guild. We abhor drama, senseless bickering, and irresponsible, wayward actions that may harm the interests of the guild and/or its members. Listed below is what the compound has to offer. Please feel free to contact us with any queries.

Valhalla in Nordic Beliefs

Valhalla is the great hall of the Einherjar – the heroic dead. Warriors who died in glorious battle were chosen by Odin to wait in Valhalla until Ragnarok. The large strucure, built by Odin himself in Asgard, had over five hundred doors, each large enough for eight hundred warriors to march out of at the time of Ragnarok so that they could fight the futile battle with the gods. Valhalla was the heaven of the Vikings – a large hall where wounds healed quickly and meat was readily available. A constant routine of fighting and feasting ensured that the warriors were at their physical peak when Ragnarok came.
