Combat Guide
WARNING: IF YOU DIE WHILE FIGHTING, YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING THAT YOU AREN'T WEARING.
It is recomended you don't start combat until character level 10
Lvl 1 – 5
First, to start training Combat you will need: good armor and a weapon. Usually, full bronze armor and a bronze battle axe. You will also need a little bit of food (100 cooked mackerel or meat should be enough for you to fight for an hour or two). To start fighting, I recommend: Moskim Woods. You can equip a ring of life.
Lvl 5 – 10
OK, now you are slightly more advanced in the arts of Combat. You can start fighting in Galawi Haunted Cave. However, be warned, this is not like Moskim Woods, the creatures here are more ferocious. You will need lots of food and good armour. You are lvl 5, so now you can equip a bearclaw necklace and tribe armours. I suggest getting tribe armour and figuring out the best combination for your self.
Lvl 10? – 15
So, now you are lvl 10 combat and you can use iron armour. I suggest getting some iron armour and putting it on, but still stay fighting in Galawi Haunted Cave. By now the monsters here are becoming easier. Stay at it and eventually they wont even be able to hit you.
Lvl 15? – 20
OK, now you are a very experienced fighter and you can just about go where ever you want. I suggest fighting at Barin PLains or Mount Pharos. If you fight at Barin Planes try and find the infamous Baby Giants. Or, if you choose Mount Pharos challenge the Mighty Dragon, but be careful he can hit BIG! Also, if you haven't done the King Bear Quest yet, then i suggest you do it now. You can start the Quest at Galawi.
Lvl 20? – 25
Well, now you are lvl 20 combat, you can use steel armour! So get some and put it on. Then find your favorite training place and continue your fighting career. Suggested places are Barin Plains or Galawi
Lvl 25? – 40
i think it is now time to decide whether or not you want to change kingdoms, for a lvl 25, beetles and goblins are very effective, so either odtoni or erfdar is a very nice choice. but there are also lizardmen and griffins when may tempt you to stay a faldorian. you should ask around and see what the different xp per hour is at each location and make the decision for yourself. at lvl 30 you can wear aluminium armour and weapons, by the time you put that on, you could even go fight baby dragons. At lvl 40 you can wear titanium, adamantine and mithral armour and weapons. currently the best in the game and if you can get a hold of some, you could be a war-determining player!
Don't try to fight Lizardmen and Griffins on Lvl 25, if you do get tons of food and don't go afk here because you will die. If you see Griffins at that lvl run:) they can hit for more than 60 damage so you can die in 1 shot.
At lvl 30 with aluminium gear 60 def I was hit by Griffin for 42 damage – 2 hits like that will kill lvl 30 fighter. So you still can't afk much here.

Concerning Marakites. They shock pretty hard. I'd recommend magic lvl 20.
